Those who light their tumshie lantern and embark on magic and mischief in the dark may wake to find their turnip missing on the November morning, as their tumshie lantern, filled up with the spirit of the season becomes a spirit itself, running merrily into the wood, to spread their eerie glow, and continue their mischievous ways. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eSo beloved is the Tumshie, that in Feyrish Wood, the October moon is known as the Tumshie Moon. And when the moon is full, many will come to the celebration, to dance under the light of the Tumshie Moon. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe tumshies have hollow heads and are made out of polymer clay and fabric.
