Elain the Lacecap Dragon
Of the many dragons in Feyrish wood, none are so diverse and abundant as the Mushroom Dragons. Living out among the fungi and sticking to the damp and murk, they come in many shapes and sizes. While not as majestic as Elemental or Crystal Dragons, these fungal friends are loyal, kind and could sprout up just about anywhere with the right conditions.
What really makes mushroom dragons special is their variety, with them taking on the look of the different fungal forms that grow around them.
Mushroom Dragons are made with soft fabric, with a turnable head making them delightful to pose. Their cap is made from a combination of hand pleated cotton for the underside, topped with free machine embroidered cotton velvet and silk georgette. It is then embellished with hand stitched layers of textured embroidery. Their face is sculpted entirely by hand from polymer clay with hand painted glass eyes.
Every one of our dolls is unique and made by hand in Scotland.
